Some clarifications to the rules as discussed at the Oct 1st MCYFL meeting:
1) SPW - no more than a 6 man rush on a kick (Punt, FG, or PAT) and no blitzing, but you can rush. The rules are correct, the referee guidelines were incorrect.
2) SPW - One off sides warning per game.
3) PC/CLINIC - You can have a man in each A gap, but you cannot double team the center. You cannot have one man on the center and one in the A gap.
4) PC/Clinic - You can advance a turnover, any turnover (muffed snap, fumble, interception, etc). If the turnover occurs inside of the offense's 20, it may be advanced. However, if it does not score, it will be brought out to the 20.
5) PC/CLINIC - one off sides warning per half.
6) Coaches on the field - You must be 15 yards off the ball when the line is set and no adjustments or talking once they get set. This applies to offense and defense (you can not yell reverse or tell the QB to pitch, etc).
7) No time outs during overtime
